Works are under way in ul. Jesionowa
Dear clients,
We are happy to inform that on 31 January, the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the Kraków Municipal Office issued to Fracthon Jesionova a final and binding decision in which the construction design has been approved and the construction permit has been granted. Following this, on 7 February, our general contractor, Grimbud, started construction works.
Additionally, on 1 February we also started pre-sales of the apartments, which has been announced by means of e.g. two banners installed in the key spots of Kraków: in Al. Słowackiego (the Herbewo building) and at ul. Piłsudskiego 40. The large-format ads will be displayed for an entire month.
